Nathaniel (Jay) Napoleon was born on August 4, 1970 and is a life long resident of Staten Island, NY. Jay is nicknamed the “Mayor” of Staten Island because of his dedication to helping others and being a plethora of knowledge on a variety of subjects.
He was educated in the NYC public school system and currently works for the Staten Island Transit System. Jay is dedicated, hardworking man who takes pride in his Staten Island roots. He encourages young people, to strive for the best and to overcome obstacles that may be put before them. With his friends, Jay assisted with the development of a non-profit organization entitled “Brothers Care Inc”. For the past six years Brothers Care Inc, has hosted the annual ‘West Brighton Harmony Day’. This event is a free day for the community which includes a variety of fun activities, food, horseback rides, children’s rides, educational activities, and entertainment for the entire family. Jay enjoys watching all sports, playing with his pet and creating memories with family and friends, He is an integral part of the Staten Island community. His contributions to the community are quiet but have helped many individuals. |
